Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, connecting with brands and agencies, pitching marketing solutions, developing client relationships, and converting business opportunities into revenue.

Candidates with experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising, Entertainment, Brand Partnerships, Media Sales, or related industries are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients including brands, companies, advertising agencies, marketing agencies and businesses.
- Generate new business through calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, references, networking and other channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Understand client marketing requirements and business objectives.
- Pitch Influencer Marketing, Creator Collaborations, Digital Marketing and Media Solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations through online and offline channels.
- Negotiate commercials and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.




- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand campaign requirements and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Good pitching, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify potential clients and generate new business.
- Confident in handling client meetings and sales discussions.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and business development goals.
- Good understanding of social media, digital marketing and influencer/creator campaigns.
- Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
