We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining company services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain and promote company services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the team for successful lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales/business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Startups & MSMEs is an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
