As the Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and expand the distribution network in the Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success and make a significant impact on our business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Onboarding Distributors under the appointed Super Stockist
- Each distributor will be assigned a territory radius of approximately 10 km
- We operate strictly on a 100% advance payment model
- Distributors must make the advance payment to the Super Stockist to confirm their territory.
- Identifying, appointing, and onboarding Super Stockist, Distributors, and Channel Partners in the assigned primary market.




- Developing and executing market-entry strategies for new territories.
- Achieving assigned primary sales targets and expanding market coverage.
- Building solid trade relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- You will be directly responsible for market performance and primary revenue generation in your assigned territory.
