About the Role

Dica AN Deco Interiors is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in the Interior Design industry.

The ideal candidate should have a proven background in interior sales, business development, client handling, lead conversion, and team/business management. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new business, converting qualified leads into projects, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert business opportunities for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visit, client meeting, quotation, negotiation, and project closure.
- Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and project timelines.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits professionally.
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations to clients.
- Negotiate with clients and close projects while maintaining company margins.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, channel partners, and other potential business sources.
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, partnerships, and market research.




- Coordinate closely with the Interior Design and Execution teams to ensure smooth client handover.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Support and guide the sales/business development team when required.

Required Experience & Qualification
- 4–8 years of total professional experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Interior Design industry.
- Strong experience in Interior Design Sales and Business Development / Business Management.
- Proven track record of independently handling clients and closing interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, false ceilings, and related interior solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to achieve targets independently and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of the Pune residential interior-design market will be an advantage.
