iPExam is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Freelancer who can help us bring our assessment platform to more institutes, recruiters, coaching organizations, and businesses .
This is a performance-based prospect — you earn when you convert customers. ?
What you’ll do
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Generate qualified leads
- Present/demo iPExam
- Follow up with prospects
- Convert prospects into paying customers
- Build long-term business relationships
? Compensation
Commission-based — no fixed salary
You’ll earn a percentage of the revenue generated from successful customer conversions.
The more business you bring, the more you earn. ?
? Who we’re looking for:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with B2B sales and outreach
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or institutional sales is a plus
- Freelancers, independent sales professionals, and experienced BDEs are welcome
