Triterria Technologies is a product-first deep-tech company developing indigenous UAVs, autonomous systems, avionics, embedded hardware, robotics and AI solutions for defence, industrial and consumer applications.

Alongside building our proprietary product lineup, we undertake engineering projects involving drones, fixed-wing aircraft, custom PCBs, firmware, rovers, computer vision and industrial automation.

We are looking for a technically curious and highly driven person to help build our sales and business-development function.

What you will do

- Research industries, applications and potential markets
- Identify and build lists of prospective customers and partners
- Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn and industry networks
- Qualify enquiries and arrange customer discovery meetings
- Maintain the sales pipeline, CRM and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate proposals and act as a customer SPOC
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and relevant industry events
- Monitor GeM, CPPP, iDEX and other government and defence opportunities




- Assist with tenders, partnerships and commercial documentation
- Support LinkedIn content, case studies and digital outreach
- Learn to negotiate and close projects with support from the founders

Who should apply

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience
- B.Tech/B.E. graduates in ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace or related fields are preferred
- Business graduates with genuine interest in engineering and deep technology are also welcome
- Strong spoken and written English and Hindi
- Comfortable with cold calling and meeting new people
- Organised, persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
- Able to understand technical products and communicate their business value
- Willing to travel for meetings and events
- Most importantly: open-minded, accountable and a fast learner

You do not need to be an expert in drones or robotics on day one. We will help you understand our technologies, customers and industries. However, you must bring initiative, curiosity, communication skills and the willingness to learn quickly.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience across sales, market strategy, customer acquisition, deep-tech consulting, government procurement and defence partnerships.
