Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients and business opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners.

- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities.

- Manage sales conversations, follow-ups, and lead pipelines.

- Understand customer needs, inquiries and communicate solutions effectively.

- Work closely with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Sales Management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships and confidently interact with clients.

- Experience in Training to support client onboarding and engagement

- Self-motivated, proactive,



and comfortable working independently.

- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.

Good to Have

- Prior experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles.

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Ability to identify opportunities and take ownership of initiatives.
