? Experience: 1–4 Years

Nowgray IT Services is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Lucknow.

If you have experience in international sales, B2B sales, IT sales, or business development and enjoy speaking with clients, understanding their challenges, and closing deals, we would love to connect with you!

? What You’ll Do

- Handle and communicate with international clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads

• Understand the client's business requirements and identify their actual pain points

- Present the right IT/digital solutions according to client requirements
- Conduct sales calls and online meetings with international prospects
- Build relationships with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing and confidently move prospects toward closure

• Follow up with leads and take ownership of the sales process from first conversation to deal closure

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, requirements and pre-sales support

? What We’re Looking For





✅ Experience in International Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development / IT Sales

✅ Excellent English communication skills

✅ Confident in speaking with international clients

✅ Strong understanding of sales and client psychology

✅ Ability to identify customer pain points and offer the right solution

✅ Solid negotiation and objection-handling skills

✅ Passion for achieving targets and closing deals

✅ Self-motivated and proactive attitude

✅ Comfortable working in an international shift
