PageX Business provides accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, audit and compliance services to Indian businesses. We are hiring one Business Development Executive to speak with business owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements and introduce PageX Business's services. This is an outbound calling role.

You will start conversations with people who have not contacted us before, so confidence on the phone and handling rejection professionally matter more than a long CV. You are not expected to close deals. Your job is to find businesses with a genuine need and book a meeting for them with the PageX Business team.

What you will do: Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.

Explain

PageX Business's accounting, tax and compliance services clearly and accurately. Ask questions to understand each business's current setup and requirements. Handle initial questions and objections, including businesses already working with a CA. Identify genuinely interested businesses and book a meeting for them with the PageX Business team. Confirm booked meetings and follow up so that agreed meetings actually happen.



Maintain accurate call notes, lead status and follow-up reminders.

What we are looking for: Clear spoken Hindi and English. Confidence making outbound calls, and patience when prospects are not interested. Consistent follow-up and reliable record keeping. Willingness to take feedback and apply it. Comfort with basic computer tools and spreadsheets. Freshers are welcome. Cold-calling, telesales or B2B sales experience is helpful. Interest in learning about business accounting, tax and compliance services.

Job details: Location: WeWork, Horizon Centre, DLF City Phase 5, Gurgaon.

Work arrangement: first two weeks in office, hybrid after that.

Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Shift: day shift, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Salary: Rs 20,000 fixed per month, plus performance incentives.

Openings: 1.

Joining: immediate.

Selection process: a short introductory call, a practical mock sales call, and an interview with the PageX Business team.
