- Star Publicity, a leading outdoor advertising company, is looking for agile Business Development Executives to join our team. The role involves driving sales and building strong client relationships in the outdoor advertising industry (Hoardings, Bus Branding, Unipoles, and other outdoor advertising solutions).

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Approach potential customers and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote company services (hoardings, bus branding, unipoles, outdoor advertising).
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Graduate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales/marketing/business development preferred (advertising/media industry is a plus).
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
