Business Development Executive

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 years of relevant experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.

Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.

Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and present suitable services and solutions.

Follow up with leads and clients regularly to achieve business targets.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client communication and project execution.

Maintain client records, sales reports, and follow-up updates.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

Minimum 2 + years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition,



or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.

Comfortable communicating with clients over phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.

Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or Events will be preferred.
