We're looking for a Business Development Executive/Sales Intern to drive B2B outreach to colleges and universities. This isn't a telecalling job - it's a hands-on introduction to institutional sales, where you'll learn how real B2B deals get built: identifying the right stakeholders, pitching a genuine product, and moving a lead from first call to signed partnership.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Reach out to colleges and universities to introduce CipherSchools' products and solutions
- Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers: Training & Placement Officers, Deans, HODs, Faculty Coordinators, and other stakeholders
- Understand each institution's needs and map our products to their requirements
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other outreach channels




- Schedule meetings and product demos between interested colleges and our senior/business team
- Follow up consistently with prospects after initial conversations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meetings in the CRM or tracking system
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential institutional clients
- Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth handover of qualified leads
- Conduct basic market research to identify new colleges and business opportunities
