Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive – Interior Design Sales to join Kozy Design Studio in Hyderabad.

This role is mainly about speaking with potential clients, understanding what they are looking for and creating enough interest for them to meet our team and explore working with Kozy Design Studio.

You will work with customer leads we provide, while also generating new opportunities through your own follow-ups and networking.

Your work will include

- Calling and following up with potential customers.
- Introducing Kozy Design Studio and explaining our interior design and turnkey services.
- Understanding the customer’s property, requirements, timeline, and approximate budget.
- Building trust and keeping customers engaged through calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Converting inquiries into meetings, site visits, and serious business opportunities.
- Following up consistently until the customer decides.




- Coordinating with the design team once a client becomes genuinely interested.
- Maintaining basic lead and follow-up records.
- Supporting the team in closing projects.

Who We Are Looking For We want someone who is naturally confident while speaking to people.

The right person should be able to start a conversation with a stranger, make them comfortable, understand what they actually want, and communicate why Kozy Design Studio should be considered for their project.

We value communication ability, confidence, persistence, and sales instinct more than fancy qualifications.

Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, luxury products, automobiles, hospitality, or any client-facing sales role would be an advantage.

Valuable communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu is required.

Candidates should be comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, client meetings, and local travel within Hyderabad.
