Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Seaway Logisolution is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDM) to join our growing sales team.

The candidate should have 6–12 months of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales and a basic understanding of import/export, freight quotations and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through cold calling, networking and lead generation

Identify and approach potential exporters, importers, manufacturers and traders

Handle customer enquiries and freight quotations

Regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients

Negotiate with clients and close business opportunities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Coordinate with pricing and operations teams

Achieve monthly sales and GP targets

Maintain proper follow-up and sales pipeline

Requirements





6–12 months experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales

Basic knowledge of Import & Export

Understanding of Air Freight / Sea Freight / FCL / LCL preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Confident in client handling and follow-ups

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Willing to work from office in Ahmedabad
