Job Overview

Image Creative Education is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, developing new business opportunities, building institutional relationships, and contributing to student admissions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other potential partners to promote our courses and programs.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, events, and other business development activities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and program benefits.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other institutions.
- Conduct and coordinate seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly admission/business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure smooth lead management and conversion.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead status, and target achievements.




- Be willing to travel extensively across Chennai and nearby locations as required.

Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Education Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of the education/training sector will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and extensive travel.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
