Hiring | Business Development Executive – Solar

Location: Noida, Sector 135

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month

Experience: 2–5 years | Solar Industry

Role: Field Sales

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the Solar Industry and field sales .

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers

• Conduct field visits and meet prospective clients

• Develop and maintain solid customer relationships

• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solar solutions

• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals and project execution

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Solar Sales / Solar Field Sales is mandatory

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of solar products and solutions

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
