About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates (BDA) and Senior Business Development Associate to join the sales team at Scaler Academy. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, explaining relevant Scaler programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students/leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective learners and maintain regular communication.




- Handle candidate queries and address concerns effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–6 years of experience in sales or related customer -facing roles. (1+ year of EdTech experience is preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
- Candidates with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
