This is a complete field sales and customer acquisition role , where candidates will be required to travel within their assigned area and generate recent business for Axis Bank.

What Will You Do

Visit customers and potential customers in the assigned area. Generate new leads through field visits and customer interactions.

Explain Axis

Bank's banking products and services to customers. Acquire new customers and achieve assigned sales targets. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Coordinate with the Axis Bank branch/team for customer onboarding and business requirements. Regularly report sales activities and customer updates to the reporting manager. Candidates should be comfortable with daily field visits and travelling as part of the job.

Working Hours

Working hours will be as per Axis Bank/banking hours.



Candidates should be comfortable working during regular banking hours and carrying out field visits as required during the working day.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers are eligible to apply.

Maximum age: 28 years . Must have a 2-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) . Must have a valid Driving License . Should have all semester marksheets. Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with field sales, travelling and customer interaction . Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales role.
