Role Overview
We are looking for Business Development Associates who can identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and drive the sales process from initial conversation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant DeepshiTech solutions
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations with prospects
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project initiation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Good understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Target-oriented and highly self-motivated
- Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions effectively
- Experience in digital marketing, IT, SaaS, or agency sales will be an advantage
