We're looking for a target-driven Business Development Associate to counsel prospective students on higher education opportunities through our partner universities, guide them through the admissions process, and help them make informed decisions about their academic and career path.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups to explain course offerings, fees, and eligibility
- Counsel candidates on suitable degree programs (MBA, MCA, BBA, etc.) based on their goals
- Guide candidates through documentation, admission formalities, and loan/fee processes
- Achieve monthly admission targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM/trackers
- Build rapport with candidates to ensure high conversion and satisfaction

Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English; Hinglish comfort is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive telephone/video counselling ability
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward monthly targets
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or counselling preferred but not mandatory — freshers welcome

Salary & Compensation
- Base Salary (Target-Linked):



₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, payable upon achievement of monthly targets.
- Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives on every successful admission closed, paid monthly on top of fixed salary
- Target Structure: Monthly admission/revenue targets with slab-based incentive payouts (higher conversions = higher incentive %)
