About the Job

Vrinsoft Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of business analysts, oversee requirement gathering and documentation, and serve as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
- Prepare and review BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure aligned delivery
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
- Track project KPIs and drive continuous process improvement
- Manage stakeholder communication,



status updates, and risk escalation
- Review deliverables prepared by team members for quality and accuracy

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team
- Strong background in requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification is a plus

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
