Bus Manager

Location: Salem

We are looking for an experienced Bus Manager to manage daily bus operations, drivers, conductors, and overall transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bus operations and schedules.
- Supervise drivers, conductors, and support staff.
- Monitor driver and conductor attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure buses operate safely and on schedule.
- Coordinate bus maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle documents, and operating expenses.
- Ensure compliance with transport and safety requirements.
- Handle operational issues and passenger complaints.
- Monitor route performance, punctuality, and vehicle utilization.
- Maintain daily operational records and submit reports to Management.

Candidate Requirements
- Must have practical experience as a Bus Driver and Conductor.




- Previous experience in bus/transport operations management is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of bus operations, routes, and maintenance coordination.
- Strong team-handling and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Valid Driving Licence required.
- Willingness to travel and work as per operational requirements.
