Managed Services Consultant L2/L3

Brennan is looking for a Managed Services Consultant L2/L3 to take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure deliverables.

Role Responsibilities :

- Maintaining/contributing to KMS for client and internal team.
- Server monitoring using SCOM, N-ABLE, Logic Monitor, and Intune/SCCM configurations.
- Vendor Management for hardware and software vendors.
- Administration of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Managing backups and replications for Veeam, Symantec, Zetro, and Commvault.
- Migration of VMs from on-premise to cloud.
- SSL certificate renewal and installation.
- Managing ESXi/Hyper-V hosts, Nutanix, Dell, and HP SimpliVity.
- Citrix/RDS/WVD knowledge with application publishing.
- Antivirus Management (Sophos, Defender).

Key Competencies :

- Knowledge of VMware, Windows Hypervisors, Azure Administration, O365, Mimecast, and SQL Administration.
- Experience in VM Deployment, VM Migration, and managing host clusters.
- ITIL Service Management Foundation accreditation.
- Robust troubleshooting skills and independent time management.
