We are looking for an experienced professional from the Stock Broking / Securities industry to independently handle stock broking operations, franchisee management, broking activities, team coordination, and client relationships . The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day broking activities, coordinating with franchisees and clients, and ensuring smooth functioning of the broking business.

Key Responsibilities: Independently handle day-to-day stock broking and trading-related operations . Manage and coordinate Stock Broking Franchisees / Authorized Persons (APs) . Handle franchisee onboarding, documentation, operational requirements, and ongoing support.

Personally handle and monitor broking activities and client requirements . Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients. Handle client queries, service requirements, and operational issues.

Coordinate with the dealing, sales, operations, and back-office teams . Monitor team performance and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Coordinate with exchanges, brokers, internal departments, and other relevant stakeholders as required.

Support client onboarding, account opening, KYC, documentation, and related processes. Maintain regular communication and follow-up with franchisees and clients. Prepare and maintain MIS, business reports,



and performance updates.

Identify opportunities for franchisee expansion and business development. Ensure proper compliance with internal processes and applicable stock broking regulations. Escalate and resolve operational and client-related issues promptly.

Work closely with management on business growth, franchisee development, and client retention.

Skills Required: Robust knowledge of Stock Broking & Capital Market Operations Hands-on experience in broking operations Franchisee / AP management Client relationship management Team handling and coordination Knowledge of equity, derivatives, and trading operations Strong communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability MS Excel and MIS reporting Business development and relationship management Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications in Finance, Capital Markets, Business Administration, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Stock Broking / Securities / Capital Markets. Candidates with hands-on experience in broking operations, franchisee/AP handling, client management, and team coordination will be preferred.
