Role Description

Branding

- Build and execute brand strategies for projects and corporate branding.
- Manage campaigns, content, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Performance Marketing

- Execute and optimize Google, Meta, and digital lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, ROI, lead quality,



and conversions.
- Work with Sales/CRM teams to improve lead-to-closure performance.

PR & Corporate Communications

- Manage PR campaigns, media relations, and brand reputation.
- Handle press releases, project announcements, and media coverage.
- Drive visibility through events, launches, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Skills

- 4-7 years of experience in Branding, PR, and Performance Marketing.
- Mandatory Real Estate industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of branding, PR, campaign management, and ROI tracking.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
