Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Brand Executive to manage the brand’s overall marketing and e-commerce activities, with responsibility for both brand building and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall marketing calendar and brand strategy across consumer, digital, salon and trade channels.
- Drive e-commerce sales and marketing across the brand website and marketplaces; track sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and SKU performance.
- Oversee performance marketing across Google, Meta and other digital platforms, including budgets, ROAS and campaign performance.
- Manage product launches, PR, influencer initiatives, cross-promotions, events, exhibitions and brand activations.
- Oversee salon and trade marketing, working closely with the sales team to support business objectives.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution in coordination with agencies.
- Manage and coordinate e-commerce, performance marketing, social media, PR and other external agencies.




- Monitor agency performance, budgets, invoices, commissions and other marketing/e-commerce operational and financial matters.
- Prepare regular marketing and e-commerce performance reports and recommend actions based on business results.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Desired Profile

- 3–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing or E-Commerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Experience managing agencies and multiple marketing functions.
- Good analytical, communication, coordination and project management skills.
- Commercially driven with the ability to connect marketing activities to sales and business growth.
- Experience in the beauty, haircare or salon industry is an advantage.
