Hykon, a leading multi-crore company engaged in Power Electronics, Solar, Li-ion Battery and Electric Vehicles field, is seeking the following personnel for our Power Electronics Segment. Our product portfolio includes – UPS, Inverters, Servo Stabilizers, Solar water heaters, Lithium Ion Battery packs and Electric Three wheelers.

Job Responsibilities

Receive and process service requests from clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.

Prioritize and categorize service requests based on urgency and impact.

Assign jobs and make sure the engineer is closing the calls as per company TAT

Plan and implement the Installations of Products

Schedule the PM work in advance and complete it before EOM

Make sure to update the service calls/installations / PM works





Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on the status of their service requests.

Day-to-day service activities of the branch area, complete coordination with engineers, customers, and inter-departments, and timely and accurate communication

Qualifications and Experience

2 years' experience in field service team coordination, excellent in MS Office and AI tools ( Added advantage )

ITI/ Diploma / BE in electrical and electronics
