Role Description This is a full time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Kochi.

The Branch

Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality delivery of coaching and counseling services, and meeting enrollment and revenue targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, coordinating with central teams on marketing and admissions,



and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. The role also involves mentoring team members, addressing learner and parent queries, and representing the branch in local outreach activities to strengthen Texas Review’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop branch staff.
- Operational and administrative skills, including workflow management, scheduling, and process implementation.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to handle learner and parent interactions professionally.
- Sales and business development skills, with experience in meeting targets and supporting local marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages of Kochi is an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data and address operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in branch management, education services, test prep, or overseas consultancy is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with basic digital tools and CRM or management software.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
