Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in West Delhi.

The Branch

Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations for the gold loan business, including supervising staff, managing customer service, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies.

Key responsibilities include driving business growth, meeting branch targets, monitoring loan processing and documentation, and maintaining strong controls over cash and security. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, resolving escalations, and ensuring high service standards.

The Branch

Manager will also be accountable for branch audits, compliance, reporting,



and the overall performance and productivity of the team.

Qualifications

- Strong branch operations and retail lending experience, preferably in NBFCs or banks, with exposure to gold loan processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, service delivery, and handling escalations in a high-volume branch environment.
- Experience in sales, business development, and target achievement, including driving branch-level campaigns and cross-selling financial products.
- Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, risk management, and internal control procedures in financial services.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop branch staff, with skills in team management, performance monitoring, and training.
- Comfort with using basic computer applications, branch management systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; relevant banking or NBFC certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience managing or supervising a branch or similar unit in financial services is highly desirable.
