We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation / Telemarketing Specialist who can identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and transfer calls to the sales team.
? Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
- Maintain and update the lead database
- Provide accurate lead information to the sales team
- Track and report lead-generation activities
- Analyse lead-generation data and identify improvement areas
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality

- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle rejection positively
