Responsibilities

- Bootloader Development: Lead the end-to-end development of Flash Bootloaders (FBL) using ETAS RTA-FBL or similar AUTOSAR-compliant stacks.

- Security Integration: Implement security features and configure Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and Secure Boot, Secure Flash mechanisms to protect ECU firmware from tampering.

- Diagnostics: Design and implement UDS (ISO 14229) services at the Application layer level for ECUs with the available AUTOSAR stack, ensuring robust communication over CAN-FD and Automotive Ethernet.

- Platform Integration: Configure and integrate MCAL layers (NXP S32K3xx, Renesas RH850) and handle low-level driver integration for transceivers (TCAN1145) and SBCs via SPI.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams (Architecture, Testing, and Hardware) to deliver ASPICE-compliant software.

- Validation & Debugging: Perform advanced system-level debugging using Multi-GHS, Lauterbach Trace32 and validate communication protocols using Vector CANoe/CANalyzer.

- Customer Interaction:



Interact with Project teams/OEM's for Requirement clarifications, Field Issue analysis and debugging.

Skills Required

- Work experience in Automotive Domain.

- Robust C programming skill with MISRA compliance.

- Strong knowledge in Embedded Basics.

- Microcontroller Architecture

- ▪ ADC, PWM, DAC, DIO

- ▪ I2C, SPI, UART, CAN

- AUTOSAR knowledge.

- Base Software (BSW) knowledge in - COM stack, Memory stack, Diagnostic Communication Manager.

- Hands-on experience in UDS protocol (ISO-14229-1) and Bootloader Development.

- AUTOSAR Modeling and ECU Configurations.

- Requirement engineering.

- Hands-on experience in debugging using Lauterbach, Renesas E1/E2, GDB, T32 scripting etc.

- Development life cycle knowledge (V-model, Waterfall, Agile).

- Scripting knowledge in JAVA, Perl, Python, CAPL Scripting.

- Process knowledge on CMMI or ASPICE is an added advantage.

- Good communication skills, leadership or stakeholder management experience.
