About the Role

We are looking for a physically fit, alert, disciplined, and professional Bouncer / Guest Safety & Security Associate to help maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests, employees, and visitors.

The candidate will be responsible for access control, guest screening, crowd management, maintaining discipline, preventing unauthorized access, handling difficult situations calmly, and supporting the overall safety and security of the premises.

The ideal candidate should have a strong presence, valuable observation skills, professional conduct, and the ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and restraint.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control guest and visitor entry and exit as per company policies.

Verify guests and visitors when required and ensure compliance with entry guidelines.

Maintain a visible and qualified security presence at designated areas.

Assist in maintaining discipline and orderly movement of guests.

Monitor crowd movement during busy hours, events, and special occasions.

Identify and report suspicious, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Prevent unauthorized persons from entering restricted or designated areas.

Handle difficult or aggressive situations calmly and professionally.

De-escalate conflicts through polite communication and appropriate intervention.

Assist management and security personnel in managing guest-related incidents.





Monitor designated areas for potential safety or security concerns.

Ensure that guests follow applicable safety and operational guidelines.

Assist with managing queues, entrances, exits, and guest movement when required.

Support emergency response and evacuation procedures as directed by management.

Immediately report incidents, disturbances, injuries, property damage, or other safety concerns to the concerned manager.

Assist in protecting company property, equipment, and facilities.

Coordinate with the Security Officer and management team during incidents or emergencies.

Maintain proper records or provide incident details whenever required.

Maintain professional behaviour and respectful communication with guests and colleagues.

Ensure personal grooming, uniform, and overall appearance meet company standards.

Remain alert and attentive throughout the assigned shift.

Perform other security, guest-safety, and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.

1–5 years of experience as a Bouncer, Security Officer, Security Associate, Guest Safety Personnel, or similar role preferred.

Previous experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, commercial premises, or customer-facing environments will be an advantage.
