Position: Bodyshop Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Bodyshop Service Advisor to join our team at Sai Service Pvt. Ltd., Kottayam. The Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customers, coordinating vehicle repairs, preparing estimates, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle repair/service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and identify body and accident-related damages.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and explain the scope of work to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, technicians, and other bodyshop staff.
- Open and maintain repair orders/job cards with accurate details.
- Follow up on repair progress and keep customers updated regularly.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired according to company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Handle insurance claims and documentation related to accident repairs.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Explain completed repairs and billing details to customers.




- Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Bodyshop Service Advisor or in an automobile workshop.
- Freshers are also preferred
- Good knowledge of vehicle body repair and accident repair processes.
- Knowledge of motor insurance and claim procedures is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use workshop/service software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
- Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
