JOB VACANCY – BODYSHOP SUPERVISOR

Position: Bodyshop Supervisor

Work Location: Goramachiya, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 3–7 years in Automobile Bodyshop

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day Bodyshop operations for the Mahindra Division.

· Manage technicians and allocate repair jobs according to workload and skill.

· Monitor denting, painting, dismantling, assembly, and vehicle repair activities.

· Ensure timely vehicle delivery as per committed TAT.

· Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and work quality.

· Conduct quality checks at different stages of repair.

· Minimize rework and repeat complaints.

· Coordinate with Service Advisors, Insurance Team, Parts Department, and Quality Control.

· Ensure proper utilization of tools, equipment, and consumables.

· Maintain safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

· Train, guide,



and motivate technicians and helpers.

· Support the Bodyshop Manager in achieving productivity, revenue, quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

· ITI / Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

· 3–7 years of relevant automobile Bodyshop experience.

· Experience in an authorized automobile dealership/bodyshop preferred.

· Good knowledge of denting, painting, welding, dismantling, and vehicle assembly.

· Strong team-handling and communication skills.

· Good knowledge of Bodyshop TAT, productivity, and quality standards.
