- Extensive experience on working on Remedy workflows like Activelink Filters escalation etc.

- Experience on Application maintenance and Admin configuration like profile/User, server group ranking etc.

- Experience on Remedy API and Remedy plugin implementation

- Experience on multiple application integration on to Remedy.

- Experience on CMDB and resolve any issues related to CMDB
/n
- Experience on developing integrations on Atrium integrator
/n
- Experience in Atrium Orchestrator development/ support
/n
- Remedy ITSM admin, Helix SAAS
