Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for ELV systems using Autodesk Revit.

Model and coordinate systems including:

CCTV

Access Control

Structured Cabling / Data

Telephone Systems

Public Address (PA) / Voice Evacuation

Fire Alarm Systems

BMS / ICT systems, where applicable

Prepare coordinated BIM models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.

Coordinate ELV models with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.

Perform clash detection and support clash resolution using Navisworks or other coordination platforms.

Prepare BIM deliverables, including drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and model-based documentation.

Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP),



standards, and client requirements.

Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate agreed changes into the BIM model.

Maintain proper model organization, naming conventions, worksets, families, and parameters.

Assist in developing and managing ELV Revit families and content libraries.
