Hiring: Electrical BIM Modeler (3–5 Years’ Experience) Budget : Upto INR 40000 (Monthly)

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to lead the 3D modeling and coordination of electrical systems for large-scale projects. You will be responsible for creating high-LOD models, ensuring clash-free designs, and generating construction-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models for lighting, power, fire alarm, and ELV systems using Revit MEP (LOD 300-500).

Coordination: Lead clash detection and resolution with HVAC, Plumbing, and Structural teams using Navisworks Manage.

Documentation: Extract accurate shop drawings, panel schedules, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the BIM model.

Content Creation: Develop and maintain parametric Revit families and project templates.

Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet project BIM standards and local electrical codes.

Required Qualifications

Experience:



3 to 5 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler specifically in Electrical/MEP services.

Technical Skills

Expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Proficiency in Navisworks Manage for clash reporting.

Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Nice to Have: Familiarity with Dynamo for automation or experience in Data Center/Infrastructure projects.
