Role Description The BIM Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure accurate, clash-free, and timely project deliverables. Daily tasks include setting up and maintaining BIM models, reviewing design drawings and models, performing clash detection, and facilitating coordination meetings with project stakeholders.

The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to maintain model standards, support documentation for construction,



and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality requirements. The BIM Coordinator will also contribute to improving BIM workflows, enforcing BIM standards, and supporting training or guidance for project team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and related design coordination.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination skills within a BIM environment.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar) and familiarity with CAD applications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently in cross-functional project teams on-site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field; prior experience in BIM coordination for construction or ICT-related projects is preferred.
