Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Validation Executive with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing billing information accurately while coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely resolution of billing-related discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate billing details, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Review billing data and identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
- Ensure billing information is processed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of billing validations.
- Follow company billing processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding billing discrepancies and clarifications.




- Prepare reports and maintain accurate billing-related data.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and daily targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes.
- Good understanding of MS Excel.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Billing Validation, Billing, Accounts, Invoice Processing, or related roles.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and basic accounting knowledge will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
