Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Running Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity measurements as per drawings and site execution.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification for completed works.
- Check and certify contractor/subcontractor bills based on actual work executed.
- Prepare Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets, and Quantity Statements.
- Coordinate with the Site, Planning, Execution, and Accounts teams for billing-related activities.
- Verify work quantities with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and work orders.
- Prepare rate analysis, material reconciliation, and variation statements.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, and billing progress.
- Maintain proper records of bills, measurements, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies in measurements, rates, and quantities and resolve them with the concerned team.
- Assist in cost estimation and project commercial activities when required.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in Civil Billing,



Quantity Surveying, and Project Commercials.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis, Measurements, RA Bills, and Quantity Calculation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of civil construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Experience 2–5 Years of relevant experience in Civil Billing / Quantity Surveying / Construction Projects.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Infrastructure, EPC, STP, WTP, ETP, Water & Wastewater, or other Civil Construction Projects will be preferred.
