- Prepare patient bills for OPD Doctor's Visit, Investigations,
- Process IPD Bills.
- Resolve patient billing queries.
- Process bills for TPA, Insurance, corporate, ESI, CGHS, and other credit patients.
- Verify pre-authorization and approval documents.
- Prepare and submit claims within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies regarding queries and deductions.
- Track claim status and outstanding amounts.
- Maintain records of rejected, pending, and settled claims etc.
Preferred candidate profile BHM/MHA qualified candidate with a minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience are preferred for the position.
