Role Description The Billing and Customer Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, Telangana India. This role is responsible for managing customer billing processes, including preparing invoices, verifying transaction details, tracking payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.

The coordinator will handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses that support customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining organized records of sales and payments, coordinating with sales and accounting teams, and providing clear communication to customers regarding pricing, promotions,



and order status. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, supporting after-sales service, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Analytical Skills to review billing data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a customer-facing environment.
- Experience with basic accounting or billing systems, and proficiency in standard office software
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a retail or textile environment.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide skilled customer interaction.
- Previous experience in retail, textiles, or a similar customer-focused role is beneficial.
