Billing Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Experience:3–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with good knowledge of interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA bills, measurement sheets, and quantity statements.
- Check site measurements and quantities against approved drawings/BOQ.
- Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify supporting documents.
- Track variations, additional works, and deductions.
- Coordinate with site and project teams for billing and quantity verification.
- Maintain proper billing records and support final account preparation.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out billing.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience in commercial and office interior projects is an added advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
