Role Description The BFSI Trainee Sales and Relationship Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the trainee will learn to identify prospective customers, explain banking and financial products, and support the sales process under guidance from senior team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with customer onboarding, handling basic inquiries, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and supporting relationship managers in follow-up and service requests. The trainee will be trained to build long-term customer relationships, meet assigned targets ethically,



and adhere to organizational and regulatory standards. This position is designed to help freshers develop skilled skills and progress into independent sales and relationship responsibilities within the BFSI domain.

Qualifications
