The Grand Sona, Deoghar is looking for a Bell Boy to join our Front Office team.
Position: Bell Boy
Department: Front Office
Location: The Grand Sona, Deoghar
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room facilities.
- Handle guest luggage safely and efficiently.
- Assist with guest requests and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain qualified grooming and courteous behaviour.
- Support the Front Office team in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed and service-oriented personality.
- Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
