KIMIRICA , a luxury D2C brand , is expanding its retail presence and looking for Beauty Advisors / Sr. Beauty Advisors / Store Manager to join our new Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) at Vista Square, Gurugram .

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering a premium and personalised customer experience , understanding customer needs, recommending the right products, driving sales, and building solid customer relationships while maintaining KIMIRICA’s luxury retail standards .

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm and premium in-store customer experience

• Recommend products across bath & body, skincare, fine fragrances, home fragrance and gifting

• Drive sales through product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases

• Maintain high standards of grooming, product knowledge and store presentation

- Support billing, stock management and day-to-day store operations For Sr. Beauty Advisor:





• Support the Store Manager with store operations and team coordination

• Guide team members on product knowledge, customer handling and selling

• Support achievement of store targets and customer experience goals For Store Manager:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and team performance

• Drive achievement of store sales targets and business goals

• Lead the team on customer experience, sales, product knowledge and store standards

• Monitor stock, inventory, visual merchandising and store processes

• Handle customer escalations and ensure a premium retail experience

• Coach and motivate the team to improve sales and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Fluency in English is mandatory for the Vista Square location

• Confident, well-groomed and passionate about sales and customer experience

• Experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, personal care, lifestyle, premium or luxury retail

• Prior team handling and store management experience preferred for the Store Manager role

• Candidates based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR will be preferred
