HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 50+ countries is seeking to strengthen its HORECA Sales Team. We are looking to fill the Business Development Executive (BDE) position based in Chennai.

Position/Profile Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Location: Chennai

Preferred Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Experience: 4-10 years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the HoReCa customer base, including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens, Institutions, and Canteens.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Build robust relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility across customer outlets.




- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability, order fulfilment, and timely deliveries.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling activities, and chef demonstrations to increase product adoption.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and share actionable insights.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance for seamless customer servicing.
