Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role The Vision Sports is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Female Basketball & Skating Coach to join our sports coaching team at our Wagholi, Pune location.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sports, good communication skills, and the ability to train, motivate, and develop children and young athletes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular Basketball and Skating training sessions for children and young athletes.
- Teach fundamental skills, techniques, rules, and game-related concepts.
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions according to the age and skill level of athletes.
- Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down, fitness, and injury-prevention practices.
- Monitor athletes' performance and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment during training sessions.
- Encourage participation in competitions and help athletes improve their performance.




- Coordinate with senior coaches and the academy team regarding athlete development.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.P.Ed / B.P.E. or an equivalent sports-related qualification.
- Candidates with specialization or experience in Basketball and/or Skating will be preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and working with children.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, energetic, and committed to their work.
