Role Description The Barista role at Adyan Studios is a full-time, on-site position based in Panipat. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensure consistent drink quality, and maintain a clean and organized service area.

Day-to-day responsibilities include taking customer orders, handling payments, managing food preparation for light snacks, and restocking supplies. The Barista will provide friendly, efficient customer service to staff, clients, and visitors,



contributing to a welcoming studio environment. This role may also support basic inventory checks and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth café operations within the studio space.

Qualifications

- Barista skills, including preparing espresso-based drinks, brewing coffee and tea, and following standardized recipes.
- Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and handle inquiries and requests professionally.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Food Preparation skills for handling light snacks and beverages safely and hygienically.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a rapid-paced service environment.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude toward working with a creative studio team.
