vacancy 22 Process and verify customer banking transactionsw accurately and efficiently. Handle account opening, account maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers. Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC and banking procedures.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information. Resolve customer queries related to banking products and services. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies and operational issues.
Perform data entry and maintain banking reports and documentation. Follow internal controls, compliance standards, and risk-management procedures. Assist with reconciliation of accounts and daily transaction records.
Support smooth day-to-day branch and back-office banking operations.
